The average analgesia time in the rats treated with Melisa officinalis (0, 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg). Each data point represent mean and SEM from 6~8 rats. The analgesia time was measured 10 min before and 10, 30, 60 120, 240 and 1440 min after intrathecal administration of Melisa officinalis. The letters, ‘a’ and ‘b’ indicate that the data point are significantly different from those of sham (p = 0.001) and 5 mg groups (p = 0.001), respectively.
